A címlevél után kezdődik az előszó: "Magister Stephanus de Werbötz, personalis praesentiae regiae maiestatis locumtenens, lectoribus salutem." Utána II. Ulászló királynak 1514 november 19-én, az országgyűlésen kiadott levele közrefogja Werbőczy Prologus-át, és a három részre osztott művet, a Tripartitumot. A kötet végén az Index található. Werbőczy munkájának ez az első hazai latin nyelvű kiadása, amelynek címéből hiányzik az előző évi kolozsvári kiadásban szereplő Erdély szó (RMNy 307.). (Hungarian)
