Az előszóból kiderül, hogy a fordítás kéziratát Tolnáról küldték Heltai Gáspárnak, aki e könyvnek meglátását (átnézését) Gyulaira bízta. Zoványi Jenő a fordítókat a tolnai egyház prédikátorai között kereste és feltételezte, hogy azok Eszéki Imre és Tövisi Máté lehettek. (Hungarian)
